Air Evac Lifeteam in Jackson, TN is actively seeking a Flight Paramedic to transport patients and support scene calls. You’ll join a team dedicated to high safety standards, quality patient care, and professional collaboration with EMS partners and facilities.

The role requires ALS care, documentation excellence, and readiness for pre-mission activities. Competitive base pay plus area stipend reflects state-specific costs of living and on-call duties.

Qualificações

• 3+ years' experience in a 911 or critical care setting.
• Current EMT-P license/certification in states served.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, trauma cert required prior to flight status.
• FP-C required within 24 months from date of hire.
• NREMT-P may be required in assigned area.

Responsabilidades

• Complete and submit electronic patient care record for each dispatched flight within the specified time frame.
• Perform daily base checks, which includes narcotic count.
• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact until patient care is relinquished to the accepting medical facility maintaining thorough patient care documentation.
• Maintain documentation of licensure, certifications, continuing education, safety, and advanced procedures in the Employee Education Manual.
• Attend pre-mission briefings and mission debriefing and complete necessary documentation.
• Assist in pre-mission liftoff checklist and Pilot assistance when needed, e.g. radio, navigational, and visual observation activities.
