Job summary

Med-Trans is hiring a Flight Paramedic to join a team of air transport professionals. You will transport patients to and from facilities and participate in scene responses with a strong emphasis on safety and quality of care.

The role requires an EMT-P license, valid certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and trauma, with FP-C and instructor credentials preferred. Join a leader in air medical care and contribute to patient relocation services.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in 911 or critical care settings.
• Current EMT-P license in states served.
• Flight paramedic certification within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each dispatch.
• Conduct base checks including narcotic counts and safety checks.
• Provide ALS care from first contact to handoff, with thorough documentation.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and continuing education records.
• Support mission liftoff, pre-mission briefings, and post-mission debriefings.
