Responsibilities

• Ensure all flights are fully staffed with current and qualified crew members.
• Monitor flights throughout assigned shift to ensure duty time limitations are not exceeded.
• Manage operational disruptions and solve them in a proactive manner.
• Ensure effective utilization of crew members.
• Demonstrate expected behavior and maintain a customer-friendly attitude.
• Book and monitor travel, hotels, and ground transportation based on company needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Crew Scheduling Manager.
