Job summary

AirNet II in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Flight Follower to coordinate air transport within our Beechcraft Barons and Learjets. The role maintains operational control, communicates customer needs with flight crews, maintenance, and other personnel, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include managing trips/logs, monitoring weather, and coordinating with pilots to handle schedules, permits, and required TSA/Canpass paperwork. The shift is Sunday to Wednesday, 3:00pm–1:00am.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related experience.
• Knowledge of Part 135 Regulations.
• Ability to read aviation weather reports and forecasts.
• DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage trips and logs in the trip building system.
• Maintain Operational Control per FAA CFRs and manuals.
• Assess crew legality vs flight time and duty limits.
• Report delays or conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate with pilots, maintenance and airline ops staff.
• Prepare flight release paperwork and invoicing requirements.
