Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule assets according to the allocation plan.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of the training schedule.
• Coordinate aircraft maintenance and ensure airworthiness.
• Provide guidance to students and instructors regarding materials needed before a flight.
• Document and report issues impacting schedule, performance, or resources.
• Maintain historical data on all flights and report to operations management.
• Ensure each flight is completed as assigned, adhering to schedules and load manifests.
• Collaborate with team to resolve schedule/resource conflicts.
