Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in a flight operations environment required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively as the liaison between Fleet Management and Crewmembers.
• Maintain situational awareness of aircraft and crewmember scheduling needs.
• Assign crewmembers to trips and verify legality of trips and crewmember activity.
• Update crew activity in FOS with trips and notes; document travel and training events.
• Alert training when expirations affect daily operations and ensure currency/medical statuses are current.
• Coordinate all logistics around crew swaps on the road.
• Review duty activity logs for accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
