Guardian Flight, Inc. is hiring a Flight Nurse to transport patients and support scene call work with a professional team that adheres to high safety standards. The role involves critical care patient assessment, coordination with medical teams, and maintaining equipment and documentation on every flight.

Formación

• Three years' experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as an RN.
• Current RN license in the states served.
• EMT and Trauma certifications where required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required before flight status (NRP training provided).
• CFRN certification required within 24 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assess situations to determine best action for critical patients.
• Manage adult and pediatric patients per physician orders.
• Maintain safe aircraft environment, equipment checks, and safety briefings.
• Collaborate with air/ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Document shift changes and maintain records per protocols.
