Guardian Flight, Inc. is hiring a Flight Nurse to join our team of air transportation experts dedicated to safe patient transport to and from medical facilities and scene calls.

The role requires ICU/ER experience, active RN license in states served, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, EMT, trauma). We offer a starting range of $99,000–$102,000 per year, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and a 5-on/10-off schedule with company-paid housing during shifts.

Qualifications

• RN license in states served by the assigned area.
• BlS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status.
• EMT and Trauma certifications required where applicable.
• CFRN certification required within 24 months from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assess situations to determine best action for patient care in critical situations.
• Utilize critical thinking to manage critically ill or injured adults or pediatrics.
• Maintain safe aircraft environment, equipment checks, and comply with safety standards.
• Collaborate with air/ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Share shift information and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the position.
