Guardian Flight is hiring a Flight Nurse to transport patients to and from medical facilities and perform scene calls. You will join a team of air transportation experts focused on safety, quality patient care, and high safety standards for crew and customers.

NEW BASE COMING WINTER 2026. Starting range is $92,000-$95,000 annually with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, payable after training. The schedule is a 3 days on/6 days off rotation, and company-paid crew housing is provided while on shift.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in an Emergency or Adult Critical Care setting as a licensed RN.
• Current RN license in the states served by the assigned area.
• EMT Certification & Trauma Certification in state(s) where required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status (NRP provided during training).
• Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) required within 24 months from hire.

Responsabilités

• Assess each situation to determine best course of action to support, monitor and treat patients in critical care.
• Utilize critical thinking to manage critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patients and support physicians' orders.
• Maintain safe, clean, well-stocked aircraft environment and perform equipment/base checks, adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate and communicate professionally with air/ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Share shift change information to transitioning teams and maintain required documentation and records.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the position.
