Guardian Flight, Inc. is hiring a Flight Nurse to join a team of air transport professionals delivering high-safety patient care.

The role offers a starting annual range with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, two installments after training, and a 5 days on/10 days off schedule. Guardians Flight provides crew housing while on shift, emphasizing safety, teamwork, and rigorous standards across both air and ground operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as an RN
• Current RN license in states served by the assigned area
• EMT Certification & Trauma Certification where required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status (NRP provided during New Hire Training)
• CFRN required within 24 months from date of hire

Responsibilities

• Assess situations to determine the best course of action for patient care in critical situations
• Use critical thinking to manage critically ill or injured adults or pediatrics
• Maintain safe, clean aircraft environment and perform base/equipment checks
• Collaborate with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners
• Ensure accurate documentation and records; follow safety protocols
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the position
• Commit to punctual, reliable, and professional service
