Job summary

Guardian Flight, Inc. is seeking a Flight Nurse to join our air medical team in Kayenta, AZ. The role supports critical care transport and scene calls, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and patient-centered care on board our aircraft.

The position offers a competitive annual salary of $99,000–$102,000 plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You will work a 5 days on / 10 days off schedule and receive company-paid crew housing while on shift.

Qualifications

• Three years of Emergency or Adult Critical Care nursing as an RN.
• Current RN license in states served by the area.
• EMT and Trauma certifications as required by state locations.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS; NRP training or certification.
• CFRN certification required within 24 months from hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess situations to determine best course of action for patient care in critical conditions.
• Manage critically ill or injured patients and support physicians' orders.
• Maintain safe aircraft environment and ensure equipment readiness and safety briefings.
• Collaborate with air/ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Share shift change information and document company/regulatory records.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the role.
