Job summary

Guardian Flight, Inc. seeks a Flight Nurse to join our air medical team in Arizona. You will transport patients to and from medical facilities and may respond to scene calls, delivering high‑quality, safety‑focused critical care.

Starting range is $99,000–$102,000 annually, plus a $10,000 sign‑on bonus payable in two installments after training. The schedule is 5 days on / 10 days off, and the company provides crew housing while on shift.

Qualifications

• Three years of Emergency or Adult Critical Care RN experience.
• Current RN license for the states served by the assigned area.
• EMT Certification & Trauma Certification as required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status (NRP provided during New Hire Training).
• CFRN required within 24 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess each situation to determine best course of action to support, monitor and treat patients in critical care situations.
• Utilize critical thinking to manage the critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patient and support physicians’ orders.
• Maintain safe, clean aircraft environment and ready equipment; conduct base checks and safety briefings.
• Collaborate with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Share shift change information and maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the position.
