Guardian Flight, Inc. is hiring a Flight Nurse to join its team of air transportation experts to safely transport patients and perform scene call work. The role emphasizes safety, high-quality patient care, and teamwork.

The position requires three years of Emergency or Adult Critical Care RN experience, active RN license in applicable states, EMT and trauma certifications, and CFRN within 24 months. Offers: $99,000–$102,000 annually, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, 5 days on/10 days off, and housing

Qualifications

• Three years of Emergency or Adult Critical Care RN experience.
• Current RN license in states served by the area.
• EMT Certification & Trauma Certification as required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status (NRP provided during training).
• CFRN certification required within 24 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess situations to determine the best action to support, monitor and treat patients in critical care.
• Use critical thinking to manage the critically ill or injured patient and support physicians’ orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean aircraft environment with regular equipment checks and safety briefings.
• Collaborate with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Share shift change information and maintain documentation and records.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the position.
• Commit to being on-time, reliable, professional, and upholding safety and service standards.
