Job summary

Air Methods CBS is seeking an experienced registered nurse with 3+ years in critical care to join our air medical team in Carlsbad, NM. You will deliver lifesaving care during patient transport while advancing your education with our support.

Responsibilities include assessment, triage, treatment, pre-mission briefings, and coordination with pilots and base staff. RN license required; BSN preferred; certifications required or pursued.

Qualifications

• RN license in states of practice.
• Minimum three years of recent critical care/emergency nursing.
• BSN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care during transport.
• Assess illness/injury and prioritize care for safe transport.
• Carry out mission and safety guidelines per Medical Directors.
