Job summary

Priceline.com LLC in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Senior Director, Flights Engineering to lead the Flight Shopping Platform teams, shape technical direction, and scale cross-functional delivery in a hybrid work model with two days in-office.

You will drive AI/agentic engineering practices, own multi-team roadmap with Product leads, mentor managers, and partner with Cloud and data stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performance systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and development.
• 5+ years experience in leading software development teams.
• Proven track record managing a mix of people-managers and senior ICs, overseeing an org of 20+ across multiple teams.
• Experience with Cloud (GCP and AWS) and architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be responsible for software development teams that own the services powering Priceline’s Flight Shopping Platform.
• Scale delivery and cross-functional execution through teams.
• Drive technology strategy, backbone, and system architecture across flights domain.
• Lead adoption of AI/agentic engineering practices to accelerate shopping-experience innovation.
• Own multi-team roadmap and partner with Product Group Engineering leads and stakeholders to set priorities.
