You’ll oversee scalable systems, coach engineers, align with cross‑functional partners, and contribute to long‑term roadmaps. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with two days in-office.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Ability to analyze problems, evaluate options, and deliver solutions in a changing environment.
• Experience designing scalable systems and integrations.
• Collaborates across teams and drives delivery with integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide constructive feedback and support engineers' performance, growth, and career development.
• Take ownership of the team's full-stack solutions, contributing to technical decisions and cross-team initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners across departments to translate business priorities into technical plans.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop long-term technology roadmaps and execute strategic initiatives.
• Lead multiple projects, including planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and delegation.
• Establish clear expectations for software quality, reliability, and maintainability.
