Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Director of AI Agents & Platform Engineering to define and lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of AI capabilities powering pricing, ramp optimization, predictive operations, and CRM intelligence. You will partner with Product, Commercial, Operations, and Technology leaders to scale AI solutions that boost revenue, operational performance, and customer experience.

You will build and guide AI engineering teams while establishing governance and platform

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in software engineering, AI/ML or data systems.
• 7+ years leading engineering teams delivering complex distributed systems or enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience building and scaling AI platforms in production environments.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and business.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise AI platform strategy across rev ops, ops intel, and automation.
• Build and lead AI engineering teams for scalable AI capabilities.
• Drive design and deployment of AI solutions for dynamic pricing and demand forecasting.
• Lead predictive models to optimize ramp capacity, staffing, and throughput.
• Establish data and AI architecture for scalable model deployment and monitoring.
• Advance AI data enrichment across CRM and operational data platforms.
• Implement intelligent task orchestration and automation for efficiency.
• Establish governance for responsible AI and model lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with execs to align AI with strategic priorities.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech to enhance enterprise capabilities.
