Job summary

Priceline seeks a Senior Director, Flights Engineering to lead the teams powering our Flight Shopping Platform. You will drive technology strategy, architecture decisions, and cross-functional execution with Product and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

You will manage managers and engineers across global teams, shaping the org, culture, and long-term technical direction, while promoting a healthy work/life balance and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading software development teams.
• Experience overseeing an org of 20+ across multiple teams.
• B2C, e-commerce, or OTA experience; travel industry exposure a plus.
• Proven hiring and development of engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development teams powering Priceline's Flight Shopping Platform.
• Scale delivery and cross-functional execution through teams.
• Drive technology strategy, backbone operations, and system architecture.
• Lead adoption of AI/agentic engineering practices for shopping innovation.
• Own multi-team roadmap with Product Group and stakeholders.
