Engine is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team across Flights and Partner Hub within its AI-driven travel marketplace. You’ll drive activation, engagement, and expansion while partnering with product, data, and design to increase time-to-value and adoption.

Expect rapid development, strong emphasis on experimentation, and a culture of ownership. Compensation includes equity and potential bonuses, with a hybrid/remote work model.

Competenze

• 5+ years in engineering with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• AI-first mindset to manage priorities and streamline communication.
• Strong leadership and decisive problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agile software development (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
