Job summary

Engine is seeking an Engineering Manager to drive activation, engagement, and expansion across Flights and Partner Hub. You will lead a high-performing team, shape end-to-end development, and embed AI-driven practices to accelerate delivery while ensuring security and scalability.

You will collaborate with product, data, and design to improve time-to-value and product adoption, leveraging Scrum/Kanban and modern tooling in a customer-obsessed culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering leadership and management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects and driving product impact.
• Strong alignment with agile software development methodologies.
