Job summary

Jet Linx is seeking a Crew Coordinator to ensure efficient use of crew resources and aircraft utilization while adhering to FAA regulations. You will coordinate scheduling, rest, and flight time, supporting safe and compliant operations in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include liaising between Fleet Management and crewmembers, assigning trips, issuing tickets, maintaining FOS records, and coordinating crew moves with contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in a flight operations environment required.
• FAR parts 135/91/61 familiarity relating to flight and duty time.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and FOS.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively as the liaison between Fleet Management and crewmembers.
• Maintain situational awareness of aircraft and crewmember scheduling needs.
• Assign crewmembers to trips, purchase airline tickets, verify trip legality.
• Update crew activity in FOS with notes and travel records.
• Coordinate crew moves and contract crew when needed.
