Flight Coordinator | Private Jet Charter | Chesterfield, MO

Our client is looking for a Flight Coordinator to support their charter operations. This is a hands‑on admin/customer support role — every coordinator is cross‑trained, so you'll gain exposure to both client services and charter sales. Some coordinators focus on answering calls and emails and managing client relationships, while others focus on sourcing charter sales, including matching client trip requests with empty‑leg opportunities through flight‑services platforms. You'll learn it all.
