Job summary

A privately owned jet charter company in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Flight Coordinator to join their small team. This hands-on admin/customer support role covers client services and charter sales, with cross-training across functions.

You’ll answer calls, coordinate flights, monitor platforms for empty-leg matches, and support sales while delivering responsive service. Full-time, four 10‑hour shifts/week, with a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 plus monthly commissions and comprehensive

• 1+ year of experience in private charter aviation as a Flight Coordinator.
• Strong admin and customer-service skills.
• Familiarity with flight-services platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to client emails promptly.
• Coordinate charter flights for members and public clients.
• Monitor flight-services platforms for empty-leg matches.
• Support the charter sales process.
