Qualifications

• 0-1 year general mechanical work experience.
• Able to read and understand blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations and work with basic measurement tools.
• Demonstrate effective verbal, written, and basic computer skills.
• Able to work in a team environment and participate in Lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test products to meet customer quality and delivery schedules.
• Record test results using basic electrical equipment and measurement devices.
• Interpret engineering orders, test specifications and quality directives.
• Paint parts or perform touch-ups as required to meet finish standards.
• Contribute to lean initiatives and cost-reduction ideas.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and FOD-free work area.
