Qualifications

• 5+ years direct industry experience in assembly/test in high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with electronics, dual systems, and multiple part families.
• Ability to work with limited supervisory guidance.
• Able to read blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electrical background.
• Knowledge of lean initiatives and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/test moderate to semi-complex products using tools and test equipment.
• Set up test equipment and hydraulic/pneumatic/fuel/cryogenic test stands.
• Verify test stand setup and adjust to meet specs.
• Conduct tests with data acquisition devices and record results.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform diagnostic teardown.
• Interpret blueprints and engineering orders; comply with quality directives.
• Support lean initiatives and training of teammates.
