Qualifications

• Five years related experience, trade or military training.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, sketches, schematics and procedures.
• Basic PC and electronic console skills where applicable.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Personal hand tools may be required.
• May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.

Responsibilities

• Devise, improvise, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and instrumentation setups.
• Set up data acquisition computers and test equipment.
• Read and interpret electronic schematics.
• Perform maintenance on electronic systems and components.
• Coordinate investigations into customer reports of issues.
• Provide on-site technical support to repair or replace hardware.
• Maintain and analyze performance and maintenance records.
• Interface with other engineering and manufacturing teams.
