Job summary

American Airlines is seeking an organized staff assistant to support Flight Attendants and Inflight management. The role focuses on day-to-day administrative tasks, travel and expense processing, and coordinating crew services in the Crew Service Centers.

The position requires basic office tech skills, strong communication, and the ability to work various shifts. Join a team that keeps operations smooth and passengers on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• 2 years experience with PC, Sabre, DECS, and RES.
• Preferred: Inflight or Crew Schedule experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to Flight Attendants questions in person and by phone.
• Files expense reimbursements and handles mail and FEDEX.
• Provides Tablet support at the Crew Service Centers.
• Assists in coordination of Flight Attendant parking and Crew IDs.
• Orders supplies and maintains the e-board in crew rooms.
• Interacts with Flight Attendants to coordinate queries during shifts.
• Supports Operations Coordinators with Inflight operations.
• Keeps office and crew room computers and equipment working.
• In the absence of an Operations Coordinator, executes administrative tasks.
