Job summary

American Airlines at Logan International Airport is seeking an Office Services Associate to support the Airport Stations Team within the Customer Experience Division. The role involves a wide range of clerical duties, meeting coordination, mail, and front-desk tasks.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. FAA background checks may be required for access to security areas.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of policies, procedures and corporate structure.
  • Ability to prioritize work, be detail oriented and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance with preparation of management presentations and special projects as required.
  • Administers, reviews, and monitors all local invoices through InvoiceWorks and disseminate as necessary.
  • Troubleshoots and escalates office technology issues, including telephone and copier machines.
  • Tracks onboarding duties, including system access, lockers, mailboxes, uniforms and badges.
  • Handles payroll processing in Workbrain for management and support staff.
  • Processes bereavement letters and coordinates local communications.
  • Manages employee parking, including permitting.
  • Assists with timekeeping, data entry and reconciliations.
  • Maintains employee files and station meeting plans.
  • Accesses periodic reports (performance, audit, expenses, engagement).
  • Updates manuals, security items; serves as payroll backup.
  • Manages OSHA and safety records; assists with budget closeout of landing fees.
