The Flexologist Role
This isn't just a job, it's a transformational experience for both you and your clients. As a Flexologist, you'll use your expertise in movement and anatomy to help people unlock greater mobility, flexibility, and quality of life.

What You'll Do

Lead One-on-One Stretch Sessions
Guide clients through customized, science-based stretches designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, posture, and performance.

Coach and Educate
Be more than a technician, be a trusted resource. Educate clients on movement principles, recovery techniques, and functional health. Your insights will keep them coming back.

Build a Community
Your presence matters. You'll set the tone for the studio, help onboard new clients, and collaborate with our front desk and sales teams to create a welcoming, results-driven environment.

Grow With Us
Sharpen your skills through ongoing training, team development, and real-world experience in our high-energy studio.

Who You Are

You're a movement enthusiast with a people-first mindset. You love helping others feel their best, and you bring energy, professionalism, and heart to every session.

Your Background (One or More of the Following)

• A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Human Movement
• Certification through NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
• A professional license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
• A background in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with formal anatomy training

Bonus Points If You Have

• CPR or AED certification (or are open to getting it)
• At least one year of client-facing experience in fitness, wellness, or therapy
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
• A collaborative spirit and a love for fast-paced, upbeat studio life
• A genuine interest in movement science and functional fitness
