What Youll Do (And Love)

Deliver Personalized Stretch Sessions
Use science-backed techniques to guide clients through one-on-one stretches tailored to their needs and goals.

Be a Trusted Mobility Expert
Educate clients on posture, recovery, movement patterns, and performance. Youll go beyond the stretchyoull coach, support, and elevate.

Build Meaningful Client Relationships
Create a welcoming, motivating, and empowering experience that keeps clients returning and referring others.

Collaborate with the Studio Team
Work closely with our front desk and membership team to create seamless client experiences and support ongoing growth.

Continue Your Professional Growth
All Flexologists receive paid training and certification through StretchLabs nationally accredited Flexologist program, with ongoing development to stay ahead in the wellness industry.

Who You Are

You're a movement professional who blends technical knowledge with a heart for helping others. You thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment and love seeing others succeed.

Must have (any one of the following):

• A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Human Movement
• A nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, NCSF)
• A professional license: Physical Therapist, PTA, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, or Athletic Trainer
• A movement teaching background: Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dancewith formal anatomy training

Bonus Points For

• CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• 1+ years of hands-on client experience in fitness, wellness, or rehab
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and body mechanics
• Outstanding people skills and natural charisma
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and improve
