• Build Deep Client Connections by creating a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Support a Seamless Studio Flow with desk and membership team, from check-in to follow-up.
• Grow With Us through paid training and progression towards national Flexologist certification.

What Youll Do (And Love)

• Deliver One-on-One Stretch Sessions Guide clients through personalized, safe, and effective stretch protocols using StretchLabs proven methodology tailored to each individuals goals and physical needs.
• Be a Trusted Movement Specialist Educate clients on mobility, posture, recovery, and performance. You wont just be stretching bodiesyoull be helping people transform their relationship with movement.
• Build Deep Client Connections Create a welcoming and motivating space where clients feel seen, supported, and celebrated. Become a vital part of their wellness journey.
• Support a Seamless Studio Flow Work closely with the front desk and membership team to ensure every client experiencefrom check-in to follow-upis smooth, professional, and empowering.
• Grow With Us Receive paid training and earn your national Flexologist certification through our proprietary program. Continue to level up with ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.

Who You Are

Youre driven by a passion for movement, wellness, and helping others thrive. Youre a great communicator, a team player, and deeply understand human anatomy and biomechanics.

You Must Have (any one of the following):

• A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Human Movement
• A nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF)
• A professional license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, or Athletic Trainer
• A background in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with formal anatomy training

Bonus Points For:

• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• 1+ years working with clients in fitness, wellness, or rehabilitation
• A strong foundation in anatomy and biomechanics
• A high-energy, team-first attitude
• A passion for growth and helping others reach their full potential
