About the job Flexologist - Stretch Practitioner

StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, dedicated to improving flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness for clients of all ages and fitness levels. We are seeking passionate, knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Flexologists—certified stretch practitioners who deliver customized stretch sessions that help clients move better and feel better every day.

What You’ll Do

As a Flexologist, you’ll play a vital role in improving clients’ quality of life by:

Conducting 25- and 50-minute assisted stretch sessions

Customizing programs based on client needs and mobility assessments

Educating clients on the importance of flexibility, posture, and recovery

Creating a safe, encouraging, and professional studio experience

Maintaining detailed session notes and supporting client progress tracking

Collaborating with fellow Flexologists and studio staff to build a strong wellness community

Accepted Certifications and Backgrounds

We welcome professionals with one or more of the following certifications or relevant degrees:

Personal Training Certifications: NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA

Massage Therapy License: Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Physical Therapy Background: PT, PTA, or Physical Therapy Aide/Assistant

Yoga Certification: Minimum 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)

Pilates Instructor Certification

Dance Background: Professional or collegiate-level experience

Kinesiology or Exercise Science Degree: Associate’s or Bachelor’s level

Note: CPR/AED certification is required and may be completed upon hire.
