Job description

What Youll Do

As a Flexologist, youll provide personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions to clients using StretchLabs proprietary methods and your own expertise in movement and anatomy. Youll play a pivotal role in client transformation and studio success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretching sessions using dynamic and static techniques
• Educate clients on mobility, flexibility, posture, and recovery best practices
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients through care and communication
• Support first-time client experience and collaborate with sales team to drive membership conversions
• Maintain accurate client notes and session documentation
• Help keep the studio clean, stocked, and ready for every session
• Participate in team trainings, workshops, and ongoing education

You Must Have One of the Following:

• A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or a related field
• A current certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
• A license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
• A background in Yoga, Pilates, Dance, or Barre with human anatomy training (RYT, PMA, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in fitness, health, or wellness
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and movement science
• Warm, engaging communicator with excellent client rapport
• Collaborative, coachable, and ready to grow with the team

What Youll Get
