Are you a Certified Yoga Instructor with a passion for helping people move better, feel better, and live mindfully? At StretchLab, we’re redefining wellness through one-on-one assisted stretching—and your background in breath, body awareness, and functional movement is exactly what we need.

As a Flexologist, you’ll guide clients through customized stretch sessions rooted in science and supported by your intuitive understanding of the body. This role offers the hands-on fulfillment of private yoga, without the strain of group classes or the hustle of studio schedules.

Movement Intelligence: Your training in alignment, breath, and body mechanics translates directly to safe, effective stretching.

Mind-Body Connection: You understand the emotional and physical benefits of intentional movement and can bring that awareness to your sessions.

Client Presence: You’re already skilled at creating space, offering guidance, and adapting to individual needs—a key part of every stretch session.

What You’ll Do

As a Flexologist, you’ll:

Lead personalized, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 or 50 minutes)

Assess client needs and mobility levels to create custom stretch experiences

Educate clients on posture, flexibility, and long-term movement wellness

Track session progress and document client notes

Work in a collaborative studio setting that supports ongoing education and community connection

Qualifications

Required:

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification (RYT 200)

CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)

A genuine passion for helping people live better through movement

Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, welcoming presence

Preferred:

Experience working with private clients or one-on-one in a yoga or wellness setting

Additional anatomy or movement science education

Background in Pilates, massage therapy, or personal training is a bonus
