Job summary

StretchLab El Segundo is seeking a dedicated Flexologist to deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions that improve mobility, flexibility and physical function. You will apply knowledge of anatomy and movement to tailor sessions for each client, guiding them toward better daily movement.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Human Movement.
• Certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer.
• Background in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with anatomy training.

Responsibilities

• Lead personalized stretch sessions that increase mobility, flexibility, and physical function.
• Educate clients on recovery techniques, posture, and proper movement patterns.
• Build a welcoming, motivating environment and collaborate with front desk and sales teams.

Your Role: Flexologist
This is not your average fitness job. As a Flexologist, you'll use your knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and body mechanics to deliver transformative, one-on-one stretch sessions that improve lives.

What You'll Do

Lead Personalized Stretch Sessions
Deliver customized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions that increase mobility, flexibility, and physical function.

Be a Trusted Movement Expert
Educate clients on recovery techniques, posture, and proper movement patterns. Help them understand their bodies and make informed wellness decisions.

Build Meaningful Connections
Create a welcoming, motivating environment where clients feel supported and inspired. Your sessions aren't just effective, they're the reason people come back.
Work closely with our front desk and sales team to build a strong, engaged studio community. Participate in continuing education, team training, and hands-on mentorship to grow your skills.

Preferred Backgrounds

Were looking for individuals with:
