Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified – with 1 yr ER/UC experience preferred.
• Active and current licensure in the state of practice, DEA number required.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed health histories and develop medical assessments.
