Job summary

Minnwest Bank is seeking a Part-time Universal Banker Float for our East District locations based in Waseca, MN. Universal Bankers deliver exceptional customer service while handling transactions, account openings, digital banking education, and identifying customer financial needs.

The role requires travel to Waldorf, New Prague, Farmington and Rochester. Mileage is paid when using a personal vehicle, and there is an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium when working outside the home branch.

Qualifications

• 6 months cash handling and customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, organized team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, recognizing red flags regarding frauds and scams
• Assist customers with basic account maintenance and digital banking tools
• Perform teller functions including receiving checks and cash for deposit, verifying cash and endorsement, issuing receipts and cashier’s checks
• Balance cash drawer and maintain established cash level
