This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, paid travel between visits, mileage reimbursement, and clear pathways for career growth within Personal Care Services. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, at least 6 months of caregiving experience, and ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• Six months of experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals
• Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide, CNA, MA, or similar certification where required
• Basic technology skills and comfort using mobile devices, apps, and electronic documentation systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical caregiving duties

Aufgaben

• Support new client admissions and Start of Care visits
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Prepare meals and assist with daily living activities
• Perform housekeeping and household support
• Assist with errands and transportation when appropriate
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain documentation and visit records
• Provide coverage for open shifts and urgent staffing needs
• Travel throughout the assigned service area to support clients
