Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. You will oversee project completion, stocking, and store communication, educating customers and staff about product lines, and reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, eligible work status in the U.S., and strong customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• A valid driver’s license is required and travel to multiple locations may be necessary.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and possess good customer service or sales experience.
• Conversational English skills (spoken and written) are required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport daily with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and staff on product features and benefits.
• Maintain high-quality work and meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Utilize handheld functions and protect confidentiality.
