Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Server - Takeout to ensure guests’ needs are met courteously, delivering an exceptional takeout or curbside experience.

You will take and process orders, package and label items, and assist guests with menu choices while maintaining high sanitation standards. No prior experience is required—we provide on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement in a collaborative, guest-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card required where applicable or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Take, place, package, label, bag, and process takeout or curbside orders.
• Deliver orders to guests for curbside pickup.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions with hospitality.
• Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
