Job summary

Cliff House Maine is seeking a friendly Spa Office Assistant to greet guests, schedule appointments and handle payments. You will communicate spa offerings and support guests throughout the visit, ensuring accurate records and a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication, able to multitask in a busy setting, and comfortable with cash handling. Prior spa or salon experience is a plus; hourly pay ranges from $18 to $20.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Spa/salon industry experience preferred.
Experience in customer service and cash handling required.
Certifications or education in the field a plus.
Computer knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, answer telephones in friendly and courteous manner, providing information, scheduling appointments and taking the necessary notes.
Provide a professional and friendly attitude to all customers and employees.
Complete payment transactions prior or post a guests spa/salon treatment.
Assist in the professional and clean image of all spa and surrounding facilities.
Communicate all necessary guest information, allergies, and request to the appropriate service provider.
Maintain equipment and facilities in working, sanitary, and orderly condition (in accordance with count health regulations and OSHA).
