Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash-operated local-fulfillment center, is hiring for a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate. You’ll pick up shifts via our app, work two shifts per month minimum, and complete onboarding plus a 4-hour on-the-job training within 14 days.

Responsibilities include picking/packing orders, inventory management, warehouse organization, and ensuring customer-approved substitutions. Competitive pay with premiums for late-night hours are included.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable, positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments.
• High attention to detail and commitment to food safety.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, including shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
