Job summary

West Coast Convenience is hiring Team Members for all shifts at our California stations. You’ll assist customers, run the cash register, stock shelves, keep the store clean, and support smooth operation during your shift. We value safety, teamwork, and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer full-time and part-time roles across first, second, and third shifts, with opportunities to grow within the company. Candidates must be 18+ for day shifts and 21+ for evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule as needed.
• Read, understand, and write in English.
• Basic math including making change.
• Identify verification for tobacco/alcohol where required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Remain calm and follow procedures in emergencies.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register and balance cash during shifts.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to all customers.
• Maintain a safe, customer-friendly environment on site.
• Support car wash operations and resolve basic issues.
• Prepare shift reports following company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
