Qualifications

• Flexibility to work variable shifts as needed.
• Verbal and written communication in English with management.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash.
• Ability to validate IDs for tobacco/alcohol where required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash register and keep till balanced during shift.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Deliver prompt, courteous customer service to all customers.
• Maintain a safe, customer-friendly store and surrounding area.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues when needed.
• Prepare shift reports according to guidelines.
• Cross-sell store products to increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
