The role involves floor care tasks across designated areas, with emphasis on safety and efficiency to support client facilities. Responsibilities include carpet and hard floor cleaning, chemical handling per safety guidelines, and operating janitorial equipment.

Qualifications

• One year of floor care experience preferred.
• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules and chemical handling documents (English; Spanish where required).

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub and clean carpets and floors with appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and stairways.
• Move large furniture and objects as needed; follow safety guidelines.
• Keep janitor closet neat, organized; report repairs and hazards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; operate janitorial tools and equipment.
• KBSPresence timekeeping: clock in/out via app on personal device.
