Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining service that respects resident preferences and delivers high-quality meals with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will keep dining areas clean, seat residents, and serve meals while maintaining safety and health standards. The role supports kitchen operations and fosters a hospitable, team-oriented environment within MBK’s culture.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older or have work permit and authorization documentation.
• Background clearances, health screening, and TB test results within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members and guests.
• Uphold table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for the next service.
• Engage with residents, assist with meal selections and dining needs.
• Adhere to dietary needs and preferences as outlined by the Supervisor and care plan.
• Track resident meal attendance and communicate with team members for safety checks.
• Greet and seat residents, assist with room service when needed, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Maintain clean, sanitary dining area and comply with safety protocols.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
