PAM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct, and supervise nursing care on the unit under the guidance of nursing leadership. You will plan and coordinate patient care, including discharge planning and teaching, while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The role requires current RN licensure in the practicing state, BLS, and ACLS certifications (ACLS within 90 days). Prior inpatient med-surg experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice; BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days; BLS and ACLS must be AHA approved.
• One year inpatient med-surg experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide, direct and supervise nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning for patients.
