Job summary

Assisted Living Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients in their homes. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Roles include ADL assistance, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility support. Training is provided, with weekly pay and benefits like 401(k) and health options. Weekend/evening availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• PCA experience or related caregiver roles preferred.
• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic domestic services (meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping).
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Change bed linens as needed.
• Support clients with daily activities based on their individual needs.
• Provide a caring, positive presence.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations.
