Expect to handle deposits, withdrawals, card services, and other teller duties while driving member satisfaction and referrals.

The position requires Monday to Saturday availability, a high school diploma or GED, and 1–4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Proficient with PC, Windows and internet.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences and identify member needs.
• Refer members to products and partners when appropriate.
• Participate in opening/closing procedures, daily reports and adherence to banking regulations.
