FourLeaf Federal Credit Union invites a friendly Teller to join our Centereach branch. You will deliver exceptional member experiences while processing deposits, withdrawals, checks, gift cards, and other transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Building lasting member relationships, you will identify needs and suggest FourLeaf products and services, referring members to partners when appropriate. Daily responsibilities include lobby presence, opening/closing procedures, and staying compliant

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, superior member service, excellent communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, checks, money orders, gift cards and related transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Build member relationships by identifying needs and recommending products and services.
• Refer members to FourLeaf platforms or partners for additional opportunities.
• Greet members and manage lobby flow, including check-ins for platform services.
• Follow policy and regulatory requirements and assist with daily reports and controls.
